RATES 
Peak season (June 1- Oct. 31)
$325 per night  –  $2100 per week (3 night minimum)
Christmas- New Years (Dec. 18-Jan 1) $350 per night, $2250 per week.
(4 night minimum for Christmas season)
Thanksgiving weekend (11/26-30th)$325 per night (4 night minimum on holidays).

Off season (Nov. 1-FEB 28)                    
$275 per night  –  $1800 per week  (3 night minimum)
*prices do not include 7% City of Santa Fe lodger’s tax and $200 exit cleaning fee.

CHECK IN TIME 4:00 pm. If possible we will try to work with you for earlier arrival.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 am.

PAYMENT
Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Check.  Credit card info is required to secure your reservation.

Read all the details concerning our credit card policies. Returning this approval form is your confirmation of reservation, and must happen before occupancy.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:  With a 60 day or less cancellation notice of all or even part of your reservation, your card will be charged one full night fee. If we can re-book the cancelled dates, we will refund the fee.  Early departures will result in no refund.

OTHER POLICIES
7 guest maximum with 7th being a child.  Violation of this or damage to the property can result in additional charges.  Please, no smoking in the house.  This will result in additional cleaning fees.  Pets not allowed. Recreational vehicles not allowed by city ordinance.  Owners are not responsible for loss or damage to tenants’ personal property, or personal injury.  For longer stays, owners ask to enter the house and grounds once a week for maintenance at a convenient time for guests.   Guests can call us any time for anything concerning problems in the house, or other questions that may arise.
